The Waiting List for Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers will Open on February 6, 2024, and Remain Open Until Further Notice. 30 Day Public Notice Prior to Closing will be Advertised.

THA will be Accepting in-person Applications only for Davidson County Waiting List from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays, (only) at 201 James Avenue, Thomasville, NC 27360.

You may come by the office prior to Application In-Take days and request a paper application (M-F) from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Copies of the following information is required to be available at the time of application:

• Birth Certificates for all family members
• Social Security Cards for all family members
• Picture identification for all adult members
• Verification of earned income i.e. check stubs, child support
• Social Security/ (SSI) award letter (if applicable)
• Verification of Veteran Status (form DD214)
