Effective 9/11: Changes in Business Hours

Thomasville Housing Authority would like to inform you about an upcoming change in our office hours that will take effect September 11, 2024:

  • Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday - 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (office closed for office visits)

Even though the office will be closed on Fridays for visits, the office will still be available by phone. Also, the Maintenance staff will continue to be of service and attending to requested work orders.

Emergency maintenance will be on call after 12:00 PM on Friday's and may be reached at 336.425.3542.

We are committed to providing you with the same level of compassionate and high-quality care that you have come to expect from us. As part of our commitment to providing the community with the best possible service, we are adjusting our office hours to better align with the needs of our families. However, we want to assure you that your well-being remains our top priority.

As a reminder, rent payments may be made in the following methods:

  • Mail payment to the Central Office of the Thomasville Housing Authority (201 James Avenue)
  • Make payments in the main office
  • Setup a profile and pay online payments at www.thomasvilleha.org

We hope the new time will be more convenient to our residents and allow us to provide a better service to you.
