THA Section 8/HCV Waitlist Closed 10/14

As of October 14, 2024, due to funding, Thomasville Housing Authority (THA) Section 8 Voucher waiting list is temporarily closed and not accepting new applications. There are currently more than 250 households on this list. Those of you currently on the waiting list will receive an annual letter confirming your interest in remaining on the waiting list. Please make sure you respond to this letter every year. The best way to keep informed about our waiting lists is to check our website frequently.
