Coronavirus Policy and Information

To protect staff and residents who interact daily, we have instituted the following:

• THA's office will be closed until further notice
• Public Housing/Section 8 Inspections cancelled
• Non-essential activities and meetings cancelled
• Any scheduled re-certification(s) will be conducted via phone by THA staff. Any required paperwork will be accepted by postal mail only
• Maintenance staff will only perform essential or emergency work orders (clogged plumbing, water leaks, health/safety related issues). All other work orders will be deferred until further notice.
• Payments will be received by postal mail
