No Smoking Policy

As a reminder, residents are responsible to ensure that their family members and their guests are complying with the smoke-free rule. Failure to do so can result in the termination of lease. 

As of October 1, 2019, smoking became prohibited on all THA properties to include common areas, apartment units, and all grounds within the footprint of our community, including porches and balconies for all communities. This new policy applies to all residents, guests, employees, and contractors.
